YBR will allow you to manage most of your TI financial benefits online— making YBR a "one-stop" shop for most of your benefit needs. You will have access to your 401(k) savings plans and if applicable, your pension plan and deferred compensation plan through YBR.

You will continue to access the ESPP and incentive stock program information through Computershare and UBS Financial Services, respectively.  These providers can also be reached by calling the toll-free TI SmartLink number, 800-890-2600, from the "Financial Benefits and Stock" submenu.

Important Notice:

You will need your Social Security Number (SSN) and a Hewitt password to use the YBR site.

To generate a Hewitt password:

First-time users will be prompted for three authenticators: SSN, birth date and home zip code. You will then be prompted to assign a password. The password must be between six and 20 characters and is alphanumeric. For security, a password notice will be mailed to your home address confirming the generation of a password. This paper notice will not include the actual password.

Accessing Financial Accounts by Phone

A retiree who has a 401(k) or Deferred Compensation Plan account can use the Hewitt Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to:

  • Check the account balance
  • Initiate fund transfers
  • Reallocate the account among the 11 core investment funds

Call TI SmartLink at 800-890-2600 to reach the TI Benefits Center and enter the IVR system. The system asks for the caller's Social Security Number. Once the SSN is verified, the caller hears the SmartLink main menu.

Select Financial Benefits and Stock from this menu. Then, from the Financial sub-menu, select 401(k), Deferred Compensation, or Pension.

If the caller selects 401(k) or Pension, the system asks for a password. This is the same Hewitt password used to access Health Benefit information.

Once the password is confirmed, the caller hears the IVR menu. If Pension is selected, the call goes to the TI Benefits Center.

A caller may transfer to a live Benefits Center representative either from the SmartLink main menu or the Hewitt IVR system.

For help navigating SmartLink menu options, press *0 to get to the Benefits Center. Representatives are available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, Central Time.
