Creating a new TI Benefits Center / YBR Password

New participants to the TI Benefits Center through TI SmartLink or to YBR via the Hewitt Web site will be considered “first-time users” and will be required to generate a Hewitt password.

Passwords can be generated through either the TI Benefits Center or from YBR.

Creating a Hewitt password

First-time users will be prompted for three authenticators: SSN, birth date and home zip code.You will then be prompted to assign a password. The password must be between six and 20 characters and is alphanumeric. For security, a password notice will be mailed to your home address confirming the generation of a password. This paper notice will not include the actual password.

Forget your Hewitt password?

You will be prompted to reset your password. A system generated password will be mailed to your home within seven to 10 days. Until you receive the new password, you will not be able to access the TI Benefits Center or YBR via the Hewitt Web site. In the meantime, you can still talk to a Benefits Center Representative about general benefit questions.

To change your Hewitt password

You can change your password through either the TI Benefits Center or YBR. For security, a password notice will be mailed to your home address confirming the password change.This paper notice will not include the actual password.

Don’t forget to log off!

YBR uses security technology that ensures only you will have access to your personal benefits information. In order to protect your personal information, it is important to remember to log off YBR after you are finished.
