8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Central Time.
TI Benefits Center representatives can help you use YBR during Annual Enrollment or any time throughout
the year. You also can contact the TI Benefits Center for help
with unresolved health plan access or claim issues. Help is available in several languages from representatives
at the TI Benefits Center.
Retirees and TIers on LOA will have the option to enroll or make changes to benefits through the TI
Benefits Center.
When calling the TI Benefits Center, you will be asked to provide your SSN and Hewitt password for security.
