Update your e-mail address
If you change your e-mail address, be sure to update your directory information with your new address to continue receiving the latest news and information from TI Alumni Association.

To update your e-mail address, click the “Update directory info" item in the Member Services menu.

IMPORTANT...

TI's HR information is maintained in a separate database from TIAA. Therefore, any changes to your mailing address must also be reported to TI in order for your TI records to be updated.

Retirees participating in the TI retiree health benefits program can accomplish this by calling TI HR Connect at 888-660-1411 (option 1) to report address changes, or by logging in to the Fidelity NetBenefits website and updating personal data.

TIP: Tired of having to notify everyone about your e-mail address change every time your Internet Service Provider (ISP) changes? Avoid that chore by creating a free e-mail account (Gmail, Windows Live Mail and Yahoo! are popular choices) and using that address for your "permanent" email address. To avoid the need of checking two different accounts for e-mail, set up the free account to automatically forward e-mails to your current ISP email address. Or, you may want to set it up the other way around, with your current ISP e-mail address forwarding to your "permanent" e-mail address. Either way, the next time your ISP changes, you'll just need to change the e-mail forwarding setup, and you'll still have your "permanent" e-mail address that you've told everyone to use.
